On March, 29, 2012, the 4th Meeting of the Representatives of nổ hũ employees was held by Power Engineering Consulting Joint Stock Company 2 (nổ hũ ). Attended at the meeting are Mr. Truong Khac Len - Chairman of the Boards of Directors, Mr. Nguyen Tai Anh - Chief Executive Officer cum Secretary of Labor Union and 73 representatives of 806 employees.
The meeting started with a report on summarizing 2011 business activities, working out tasks for the year 2012 and the implementation of policies related to employees’ rights and benefits.
The meeting continued with other reports on the implementation of policy related to the employees’ rights and benefits. Some reports disclosed the finance extracted for funds of reward and welfare according to the decision made by Shareholders’ Meeting, social insurance, health insurance and union fee. The budgets for the humanitarian fund, welfare fund and reward fund were also presented. Democracy was respected when all employees’ questions and ideas at grassroots level were collected and satisfactorily answered. Representatives expressed desires of employees to the Board of Directors and Labor Union. The Company Inspection Team was voted with 7 members who are the representatives of the company, engineering centers and enterprises.
At the meeting, Mr. Nguyen Tai Anh stated that the company would face many difficulties and challenges in 2012. There would be changes in personnel. However, the company would try to arrange jobs suitable to the competence as well as the desire of the employees and he stressed that the company would offer the salary at least equal or higher than the previous year. He called all company employees to be more active and enthusiastic in work, all unite to overcome difficulties.
Mr. Truong Khac Len – Chairman of the Board of Directors said that PEECC2 had offered the highest ratio of income and salary compared to that of other consulting companies under EVN. He added that nổ hũ was also the company with the collective labor agreement for the best benefits of employees. He also informed that Shareholders’ Meeting be organized at the end of June in 2012.
The meeting was wrapped up with the representatives’ vote for the resolution of the 4th Meeting of the Representative of Employees.
