Invested by nổ hũ , the Solar Power Plant at Vinh Tan Power Complex, Tuy Phong District, Binh Thuan Province features the designed capacity of 5MWp and the total investment of VND124 billion. The plant is to be commenced in September 2018 and put into operation in January 2019.
